Once you have placed an order, a confirmation is sent to your email address. Included in the confirmation you will find details of the products, prices, billing- and delivery address for your purchase.

All prices in the shop is by default displayed in SEK and including 25% VAT. You may change the currency to have the prices converted using the latest conversion rates available. Additional fees and differences in conversion rates may be presented when you place the order, depending on what payment method you choose.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by changes from supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Free delivery on all orders to Sweden, no matter the order total.
Free worldwide delivery is also offered for all orders that can be sent using regular mail. This applies to most wall stickers and smaller accessories in the store.
Final delivery costs is calculated upon checkout, after the desired delivery address has been stated.
Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you. Payments through Swish (Swedish mobile payment method), Payson and Paypal are accepted.
Credit card payments are accepted through Payson and Paypal.
You may pay by invoice through Payson. Note! This option is only available for Swedish residents, over the age of 18, and for companies registered in Sweden.
Payments through Swish and Paypal are free of extra charges. For payments through Payson an additional fee of SEK 29, is charged.
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 working days. Domestic delivery times are 1-2 days. Worldwide delivery times varies depending on the destination. Processing times for orders including products with personal adjustments and specific products that are not in local stock may be up to 2 weeks. Details on divergent delivery times, are stated in the product description when applicable.

Non claimed parcels
Orders delivered as parcels that are not claimed from the service point or corresponding delivery destination, will be returned to us. For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150.
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a legal 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.

Reclaims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or misdirected when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Please include an image showing the error.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected. Defects on self-adhesive decorations cannot be invoked after installation.
How do you go about complaining?

Please attach an image showing the defect. If you suspect that damage has occurred during transport, we need pictures showing the damage both to the goods and the packaging.
If we cannot rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s current (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. What information do we store?
To be able to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service) we store your first name and surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
