The chalkboard is made of self adhesive vinyl with details cut out of the smooth and matte material. The word MENU/MENY, PRICE LIST/PRISLISTA or the frame around the board, will hence show the background of whatever surface you mount the decal on. Make stylish notes using a chalk marker, or use regular chalks. The chalkboard is available in six different colors that match the other Kulform decals for the Duktig play kitchen. The text written by a chalk marker can be erased using a damp piece of tissue paper, cloth or similar. Please note that chalk markers/chalks are not included.
The size of the chalkboard is tailored to fit the upper side of the Duktig play kitchen from IKEA, but you may of course use it in a number of other places! If you go for the version with no heading, you may mount the chalkboard either in landscape or in portrait orientation. When in landscape mode, the chalkboard makes a great base for a door sign for the nursery or a notice board on a wall or cabinet door!?
The chalkboard will stick to all smooth surfaces, using a semi permanent adhesive. It should be possible to remove the decal without it leaving any glue residue where it was mounted, but do avoid putting it on delicate surfaces and thin wallpaper. There is always a certain amount of risk that the surface where you mount a self adhesive decal will be damaged, if/when you decide to remove it.
